1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Lingo Logic ("the Website" or "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Use of Service

Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

Lesson Scheduling

Lessons must be scheduled in advance and are subject to tutor availability and your current session balance.

3. Payment and Refunds

Payments for subscriptions and extra lessons are processed through our secure payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, Bizum).

  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
  • Sessions expire at the end of each billing cycle unless your plan allows for carry-over.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Lingo Logic and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Lingo Logic, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
